Do you take credit cards or checks?
At the moment we only accept cash, cashier’s checks and money orders. As the credit card companies charge us fees on the amount we submit to the state, we would loose money on every transaction. We do have an ATM machine for your convenience.
Why would I renew my tag at your agency when I can just do it by mail or through the internet?
At our agency you get your decal and registration now. We take care of address changes, insurance updates, problems with tickets, etc. while you are here. It could take several weeks until you have your new decal and registration if you do it by mail or internet. In the mean time you could be ticketed for an expired registration.
How much does it cost to renew my registration?
The total fee includes a state fee, a county fee of $ 3 and and an agency fee of $5.00. The state fee varies, on an owned car the total fee is usually between $ 30 and $ 100.00. Leased cars can cost up to $ 120.00. If you received a postcard from your county it will cost you the fee mentioned on the card plus $ 5.00 agency fee.
